- To manage a team of Agency Managers / Partners, ensure their performance with respect to recruitment of advisers and achievement of business targets.
- To make the branch a profit center and to achieve the annual targets.
Profile Requirements :
Education : Graduation Must; Post Graduation preferred.
- Experience handling Agency team in Life Insurance.
- Hands on experience in Bangalore Life Insurance market.
- Fluent in English & Kannada.
Age : 35 years max.
