Branch Head - Agency Channel - Insurance Company (4-9 yrs)
We are hiring the candidates for Branch Head in an Agency Channel for Bangalore, Mangalore, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
Locations : Bangalore, Mangalore, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
Experience : 4+ years in insurance company (Min 2 years as a Branch Head in insurance)
Qualification - Any Graduate
Salary : Up to 13 Lakhs
Role :
1. Will be handling on roll team of Sales Manager.
2. Identify and build avenues for sourcing Agents in the location as per policy guidelines.
3. Enable the Agency Leaders and existing ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.
4. To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding, activation and APE through existing ALMs/ALs & newly recruited advisors and drive advisor to AL promotions.
5. To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors.
6. Submit Various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
