Job Role & Responsibilities :
- To oversee service operations of the Region
- To review the branch management on a monthly basis
- To evaluate store and individual performance for service vertical
- To prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- To improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth
- To develop service procedures, process and standards
- To recruit, mentor and develop the service staff in state.
