Branch/Cluster Sales Manager - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Role - To create a team of Partner offices (HNI accounts) with a minimum business commitment of 30 L. Partner offices can solicit business through a team of advisors or Agency Partners
Profile :
- At least 5 years of proven success in field sales, not mandatorily from the life insurance sector
- Experience in acquiring & handling large accounts in FMCG/BFSI/FMCD/Automobile dealers etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections.
Must Criteria:
Candidates should be Graduate

Age Limit: Minimum 28 years

CTC Can be up to 6L + Opportunity to earn incentives >100% CTC
