Branch Associate Manager - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
Role Summary:
- Responsible for strengthening distribution by identifying potential leaders and supporting and managing the BAs in Recruitment & Training of Advisors.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Recruit Business Associates
- Develop BA's through coaching, training, team management support etc
- Work with the BA's to drive recruitment of new agents
- Ensure that the BA's are meeting their team targets.
- Provide operational support to BA's in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve, licensing etc
- Help the BA develop his direct and indirect team
- Maintain required trackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Should have experience in Life Insurance and Agency channel
- Should have 5 - 10 years relevant experience
- Should have Good Communication
- Age Up to 36 years
- CTC Up to 800000 LPA
- Currently, working profiles are highly preferred
