Job Description :

- As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Your primary goal will be to optimize our marketing efforts to fuel the company's growth and increase revenue.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention across various digital channels.

- Analyze marketing and user data to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and understand industry trends, and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities.

- Design, content, and development, to create engaging and impactful digital assets, landing pages, and marketing materials.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and user funnels to drive conversion and improve user experience.

- Use analytics tools and platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

- Continuously iterate and optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.

- Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies to enhance website authority, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic growth.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's/MBA degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven work experience as a growth marketer or a similar role, preferably in a B2B industry, with a successful track record of executing effective digital marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics and automation tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
