Brainvalley Software - IT Business Development Manager (1-3 yrs)

The BDM has the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth across the entire breadth of his/her territory and Account(s).

Responsibilities:

- A self- driven go-getter with strong organizational management skills, having passion for Business development & Marketing.

- Generate new prospects for business by attending assigned appointments and cold calling.

- Market Research and Intelligence gathering. Liaising with the clients and sending quotes and proposals for the enhancement of business.

- Meet clients and give presentation on company's product and services to clients. Solving client's problems, queries to retain the assigned accounts.

- Establish good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation through selling our assessment solutions.

- Engage and build strong relationships with clients and convert them to signed contracts.

- Follow a very high standard B2B sales approach including but not limited to using CRM, pipeline, daily / weekly MIS etc.

Desired experience/Profile:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

- Very comfortable with selling technology products

- Very strong in relationship management & follows structured approach

- Shows strong ownership and passion for sales

- Self-starter who is driven to hunt, NOT farm

- Able to work independently to achieve sales targets
