Roles & Responsibilities :

- Maintain systems to capture regular market information and changing residential customer preferences

- Handle residential customer enquirers via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-ins etc.);

- Develop a rapport with customers and arrange for / personally take the customer on site visits

- Follow-up with customers to close bookings and collect timely payments

- Regularly interact with customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate issues to the Manager - Sales (Residential), if required

- Prepare MIS for residential sales on a timely basis; periodically submit the same to the Manager - Sales (Residential)

- Periodical visit to the market to assess competitive products.

- To develop a network of channel partners.

- To carry out sales activities at corporate/apartment associations and participate in expos.

Desired Candidate's Profile:-


- English + Regional language is a must.

- DL- + bike- is mandatory for male employees, should know riding- .-

Educational Background - Graduate/MBA in sales & Marketing is preferred.

- Report once in a week to office and everyday on site

- Mandatory Travelling, proper field job

Age Criteria below 33 years

- 9 Hours of work/day, 6 days working and one fixed week off-

- 35 - 40 kms of daily - travelling

- Area/locality will be given by Brad Realty.

Should be comfortable to work on weekends, with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.

Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.

Knowledge of Product Range.

Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses.

Prior experience of sales in either real estate, finance or other relevant B2C industries.
