Roles & Responsibilities :
- Perform various activities to effectively handle collections, documentation and other formalities across commercial projects of Brad Realty
- To ensure smooth handover and drive customer delight.
- Work closely with the Finance & Accounts Department to obtain payment receipts and other related documentation
- Prepare payment reminder letters for customers.
- Prepare customer agreements and coordinate with the Legal Department for legal scrutiny
- Prepare and maintain record of all customer related documentation such as payment status, account statements etc.
Competencies :
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
- Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses.
- Knowledge of real estate related taxation.
