For the role of Expansion Manager (Property acquisition) we are looking for individuals who are cross-functional, multi-talented and go-getters. Your role will consist of the following responsibilities:

- Incharge of city expansion for launching new cloud kitchens across the city.

- On ground area analysis for our delivery outlets

- On field hunting for properties which are suitable for cloud kitchens

- Analysis of property if it is suitable for kitchen operations

- Create contacts with real estate agents; make them work for our requirements

- Generate property leads from different channels - online, offline, references

- Negotiate, Documentation and do end to end closure of shortlisted leads

- Agreement registrations, owner liaisoning

- Addressing issues arising out of properties by seeking help from Project/ maintenance/ facilities to resolve the concerns

Qualifications/Skills Required For The Role :

- Minimum qualification: Graduate from any stream

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience in business development - property acquisition/ on field sales is preferred

- Good vocal, Good at convincing people, Not shy
