Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, proficient in handling customer queries through various channels including emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media platforms. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be familiar with using ChatGPT for responding to customer inquiries. The role will also involve coordinating with the logistics team for further actions related to customer orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities :

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.

2. Utilize ChatGPT or similar tools to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer queries.

3. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

4. Coordinate with the logistics team to track and update customers on the status of their orders.

5. Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and product information.

6. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

7. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience and service quality.

8. Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

9. Uphold company values and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

3. Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI-based tools for responding to customer inquiries.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.

7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

8. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.

9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
