Responsibilities :
1. Expansion Targeted Markets based on inputs from Sales & Leadership Team
2. Setting up 30- 45 - 60 - 90 days target for the team to achieve the targets
3. Sourcing & Onboarding new Partners and development.
4. Planning for City Launches and increasing the expansions
5. To liaison with all the Banks & NBFCs & get attractive Retail Finance schemes.
6. To liaison with all the Banks & NBFCs on Wholesale funding, TA arrangements, etc.
7. Manage the current team and look for new dealer developments.
