About Us:

BORO (boroin.com) partners with independent interior designers + home contractors and enables them to offer EMI solutions to their customers (essentially, home owners), through its B2B2C digital lending platform. These point-of-sale EMI solutions help designers and contractors to attract more customers, boost customer conversions and up-sell customers to higher value services. We are looking for go-getters to build relationships with designers and contractors in their regions.

Responsibilities:

- Candidate's primary responsibility will be to build partnerships with interior designers and home contractors in their region, such that the partner merchants use Boro's EMI solutions to provide loans to customers who need the same.

- Candidate will be required to visit various relevant partner merchant prospects and their key decision makers, explain the value proposition of our EMI solutions to them & finally on-board them to work with us.

- Candidate will also be responsible to do account management for the on-boarded merchants, & help them with prelim loan application & documentation, required for loan processing.

- Candidate will also be required to ensure that partner merchants & their customers get a great experience, consistent with the expectations set.

- Candidate will also be required to liaison with internal stakeholders to develop & distribute promotional material & communication necessary to grow loans at partner merchants in their region.

- Record keeping of daily activities & sending regular MIS reports.

- In a nutshell, candidate will be measured on their ability to sign-up merchants & manage relationships with them, in order to achieve their target of disbursed loans in their region.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills, with a flair for consultative/concept sales.

- (Good to have) Background in direct sales, & relationships with interior designers and home contractors in their region, stemming from their experience of selling various products/services to these merchants.

- Great people skills, & the ability to work calmly under pressure.

- Should own a vehicle for traveling & own a smartphone (& be savvy enough to use one)
