- Identify and generate new business from online bidding portals i.e upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, Fiver
- Strong experience in proposal writing, Generating quality leads and communicating with the international clients via chat/call.
- Responsibility to develop and maintain business globally.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Make recommendations on how best to grow the business and control loss using best strategy.
