Looking for a jugaadu and streetsmart person to work with our BYG Pulse CRM sales and support team out of Mumbai.

BYG Pulse is the fastest growing fitness SAAS company in India and we currently have 350+ paid clients across the country, having launched in May, 2017. BYG Pulse helps fitness centers manage, engage and communicate with their customers better and overall increases their retention as well as revenues. During the course of 2018, we are building with the ambition of being the most advanced fitness SAAS product in the world.

A few personality traits we are looking for:

- Being jugaadu (streetsmart) and always up for the task

- Being positive in person and over the phone - helps change the mood of the person on the other side

- Being organized and enthusiastic about closing a sale

The role will entail the following:

- Visiting fitness centers in our target list to talk about our product and help them migrate to our platform

- Install the product in person/through Team Viewer or any desk sharing platform. Train the staff to use our product

- Maintain a relationship with our client set, escalate issues to tech and support teams

Overall, the role will be extremely exciting given the product has had excellent traction since launch and the teams single minded focus to make BYG Pulse the #1 player in India by end of 2018. The team in Mumbai is young, energetic and have done very well over the last two years.

We will prefer someone with <2 years of experience.

BYG is a fitness technology company. Its main marquee product is a SAAS based CRM called BYG Pulse. BYG Pulse is mobile first, and aims to be the new age fitness platform through which gyms and fitness studios can interact better with their customers and increase revenues while also reducing attrition. The BYG Pulse is India's second most popular CRM with 300+ paying clients as of January 2018 (the product was launched only in May 2017)

The second part of the company's product pipeline is a customer facing B2C platform (web and mobile) using which consumers can book fitness classes across the country.
