BookYourGame - Sales & Business Development Role - Digital Marketing Services (0-4 yrs)

The Digital Marketing Sales position is mainly a business development and sales job where you will be expected to chart out a list of clients who can benefit from our Digital Marketing offering, pitch the product to them (by comparing their current standing on social media, customer acquisition etc.), and close them on a recurring contract.

To give a perspective, 20k+ gyms in India spend more than INR 2000 cr annually on marketing and customer acquisition efforts but a small fraction of the same is spent on digital media. Our DM product (more details below) works towards improving brand positioning, customer acquisition and ROI visibility.

The weekly/ monthly role will include:

1. Making a target of prospective clients (existing and new) to hit with the DM product.

2. Make a short online presence summary of the clients to be hit, call up the above client list to get a sense of their current customer acquisition efforts and talk about our Digital Marketing offering. Talk about their current presence and how BYG can help improve branding and customer acquisition

3. Email and set up meetings - figure out exact mandate and close the client.

4. Handover the client to the DM execution team. Monitor progress on a weekly basis

5. Be responsible for contract renewal and upgrade.

Our Digital Marketing (DM) product includes the following:

1. Social Media Management for gyms - managing campaigns and content on all their online media

2. Search Engine Optimization - building/ managing their online presence and discoverability

3. Lead Generation - Lead generation through Instagram and Facebook marketing.
