Professional Background :

1) Agency or Brand experience execution of organic (SEO & ASO) marketing campaigns

2) Should have experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy

3) Proven success in SEO

4) In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data

5) Capability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously

6) Create campaign reports with deliveries as per planned

Job Purpose :

1) Play a key role in developing and executing the organic digital strategy (SEO & ASO) for Bookmyshow and all connected business

2) Liaise with various business stakeholders within Bookmyshow and comprehend the goals and provide digital solutions to achieve the business KPIs

Key Responsibilities :

1) Developing and implementing effective organic (SEO+ASO) strategies

2) Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization

3) Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance

4) Regularly perform thorough keywords research

5) Identify key SEO KPIs

6) Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings

8) Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

9) Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building, blog posting, etc)

10) Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

11) Prepare and present reports regularly

12) Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

13) Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization

14) Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Engineering, finance, product, business teams, etc.

15) Collaborate with external stakeholders: Platforms, Vendors, etc.

16) Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends

Skills :

1) Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices

2) Knowledge of HTML/CSS

3) Experience with SEO reporting

4) Should know relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, MOZ, Ahrefs, Rankwatch etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, Similarweb)

5) Good Communication Skills

6) Project management
