Job Description
We- re looking for Inside sales Consultant( Inbound Sales ) for dealing with our customers that come on our site. The candidate must have good communication skill, be packed with energy and initiative and should be excited to be a part of a growing business and a dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Handling customers that come on our site - www.bookmyforex.com through callbacks/chats/order confirmation/calls & explaining them about foreign exchange products.
- Handling incoming & making outgoing calls.
- Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with BookMyForex Branches or partnering banks - HDFC bank & Axis Bank
- Customer relationship management.
- Maintaining data and generating reports.
- Handling emails and to coordinate with branches & partnering banks.
- Other related day-to-day activities.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in sales, upselling, HOT LEADS ( no hard core sales in this profile)
Benefits:
1. Incentives upto 15k
2. Office timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm
3. Fixed Sundays Off, 1 Sat off every month, Saturdays working hours 9:30 to 4:30pm.
