Job Objectives :

Be a part of the core team, work with the founders and work in the initial days of building a brand

- Develop strategy, media planning, and execution of BookEventZ offline campaigns to increase customer growth and improve conversion rates across media channels

- Use an analytical approach to review results during and after the campaign period

- Analytics and Reporting - Maintain the daily, weekly and monthly analytics and reporting for the different offline marketing channels

- Create marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives (Awareness, Conversion, and Revenue)

- Develop strategies for offline marketing and branding at our venues and execute the same

- Work with the content writers to develop messaging for various campaigns

- Content and design for marketing collateral

- Plan and execute promotional events at different venues

- BookEventZ.com in its current avatar is a Venue booking platform, helping people book venues for their events, online.

- Organizing a party involves so many things, right from shortlisting venues to getting negotiated packages from them, from inviting people to do coordination between all party related vendors (Event Planners, Caterers, Artists).

- It is so tedious that people think twice or more before hosting an event or do events at the same venue over and over again.

- We at BookEventZ, have taken this problem as our motto to build a product which can provide people a convenient tool to manage their whole event at a click of a button or on their mobile. They can view all the venues, get customized packages and have access to all other service providers on a single platform.
