Job objectives :
- Manage the whole process of handling client inquiries for Venue booking and getting them booked by coordinating with the Venues
- Manage a team of Client Relationship Executives
- Set up processes to ensure better delivery to customer and hence more conversions
- Timely communication to customers/clients with focus on customer service and relationship building
- Solve the problems of Clients and team members
- Ensure all the assigned task are Delivered/ Monitored properly
- Adherence to processes and norms
We are looking for someone who :
- Has prior experience of leading a telesales team (min 4-5yrs)
- Preferable from Sales background (E-commerce/ Event Company experience)
- Is Target Oriented
- Has Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Is based out of Mumbai
