Job Summary :
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contribute in generating sales and solving the queries of customers for our company.
- He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- One point of contact for customer including product queries, grievances and services
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service.
- Solve queries regarding product and company
- Generate and maintain customer information in the database
- Understand customer requirement and close the query promptly.
- Keep record of calls and sales.
Key Requirement :
- 3 - 5 years of experience as telesales/customer support representative or customer service
Preferred Industry : Finance / Financial Services
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred language proficiency - English & Hindi
