- BONbLOC is a 4-year-old, fast growing, "Great Place to work" certified, Software and Services company with a growing team of 200+ professionals working across various cities in India and US. Our software product group builds SaaS solutions to solve large scale supply chain data collection and analysis problems using Blockchain, Data Science and IOT technologies. Our services group provides dedicated offshore/onsite support to select large customers in their IT modernization efforts working on technologies such as Mainframe, AS400, Cognos, Oracle, .Net, Angular, Java, Tableau, Xamarin, Android, etc.

- On the software side, we go to market with our SaaS products built on blockchain, IOT and AI. We help customers monitor and track their supply chain flow with our software.

- On the services side, we go to market with our 'Digital and Modern' platform where use a range of technologies from timeless traditional to JOOG (just out of git) to help customers with their modernization initiatives. We implement and support standard ERP and WMS packages, build custom web and mobile applications, help customers modernize their mainframe and as400 systems, build large scale data warehousing and generative AI based applications, cyber-security, cloud adoption and similar projects.

Business Development Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced, highly energetic Business Development Manager to join our team! As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business development efforts for our products and services. You will be primarily responsible for conducting market research, promoting company products and services, sales lead generation, generate new business opportunities, validate Potential leads, successful conversion of lead to customer and build strategic partnerships & client relationships.

Responsibilities :


Business Development Strategy :


- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of BONbLOC's Software products and Services.


- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and develop targeted strategies to penetrate those markets.


- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.


New Client Acquisition :


- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prospect potential clients, build relationships, and lead the sales process to acquire new customers.


- Understand client needs and pain points, and tailor product offerings to address their specific requirements.


- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.


Strategic Partnerships :


- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations


- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, driving mutual growth and expanding our reach.


Customer Relationship Management :


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.

Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for more business.


Market Intelligence :


- Attend industry events to network and promote our products and services.


- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to our products and services.


- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, and adjust business development strategies accordingly.


Requirements :


- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.


- Proven Track record of 5-8 years in business development, Sales and significant Lead generation preferably in Saas products.


- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.


- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).


- Ability to quickly learn and understand cutting edge technology.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment


- An aptitude for research and analysis; Knowledge of US Business and market is a added advantage.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.


- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent time management and organizational skills.


- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


- Willingness to business travel as required.


- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software required for the role.
