We are in need of an ecommerce operations executive for our apparel brand at bommanahalli, bengaluru.
A) Ecommerce Order Processing: Sound knowledge in the order processing and management of Ecommerce platforms
B) Customer relationship Management: Resolve any order processing/ tracking issues with all integrated channels, re-direction to relevant internal team and follow escalation matrix or enquiries (Calls)
1. Shiprocket- Basic Level - Shipment and Order Tracking
C) Customer Database Management: Collect and maintain a database of customer database and a regular basis.
D) Inventory Management- Ecommerce Marketplace
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Sound Knowledge on the Ecommerce logistics systems
- Experience in end-to-end process management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/ written)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Multiple Language Proficiency
- Experience in ecommerce sales
- Basic Knowledge on Ecommerce Functioning
- Order fulfillment workflows
- Generate Daily Sales Report
- Online Customer reputation management through CRM s/w.
- Basic Knowledge on SAP/Tally or ERP tools
- Online Marketplace Operations
- Listing and Dashboard Maintenance
- Order Processing on Online Marketplaces and Shipment Tracking
- Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms
- Managing inventory, Warehousing on Amazon
- Developing a shipping strategy for online marketplace
