About Bolt:

At Bolt.Earth, we want to help emerging markets fulfil the unique needs of EV ecosystems with higher densities of 2- and 3-wheeled EVs. We also aim to address the challenges associated with little or poor-quality infrastructure. To do that, we've created the world's largest EV charging infrastructure and an advanced OS for electric vehicles, tailored for these markets. Bolt.Earth was founded in 2017 by Mohit Yadav and Jyotiranjan Harichandan with the aim of making EVs more accessible to everyone. We're truly making EVs smart, safe, and connected.

About the role:

You will get an opportunity to shape your future in an emerging EV tech company focused on aiding EV adoption. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and, possess a high degree of problem-solving skills. Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new, and challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, develop & nurture potentials partnerships for building a reliable charging network in the Mumbai City and nearby region.

- Represent Bolt in key industry events & liaison with Govt., Discoms & other key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem.

- Own the revenue & network growth metrics for the city/region.

- Lead a sales team specialised in real estate, builders, channel & network acquisitions, adopt a data-driven approach to assess performance, ROI and improve the approach.

- Own the P&L for the city operations.

- Cross-functional coordination with different teams.

- Keeping an eye on the region's competitive landscape and involve in strategic initiatives accordingly.

Key Requirements:

- 3 -7 years of demonstrated experience in B2B Sales.

- Experience in Electric vehicle Charging or Charging station is a must.

- Real Estate domain is a must.

- Candidates with existing networks with builders & commercial establishments will be preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively within a city/region.

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of technology and business
