Key Responsibilities :
- Create captivating in-store displays.
- Collaborate with brand, merchandising, operations, and marketing teams.
- Train staff on visual merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain VM guidelines.
- Set up stores to high VM standards.
- Manage store spaces effectively.
- Plan and execute new store openings.
- Adapt visual presentations for various product categories.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales.
Skills & Competencies :
- Bachelor's degree from NIFT
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw).
- Strong aesthetic sense.
- Proactive, fluent communication, and innovative.
Working Terms :
Location : Bangalore, Ahmedabad
- 6-day workweek with 2 flexible offs.
- Extensive travel for store visits
