The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Job Role and Responsibilities :

The primary roles and responsibilities of an Business Development / Sales Executive include :

- Coordinate and own the implementation of trade shows /events/Webinars/Roundtable conferences

- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

- Work with Parent company to manage marketing funds and track progress

- Responsible for internal and external communications

- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

- Track leads developed via marketing campaigns

- Monitor progress of email campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

- Engagement with Industry Forums for events and Speaker slots

- Pre-sales and Post sales activities like customer success stories, flyers, banners, social media updates, website material updates etc

Competencies and Skills Required :

1. Self-motivated; Creative and have the ability to think out of the box

2. 2-5 years of relevant experience

3. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

4. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

5. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)

6. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally over the phone, in person & written responses and reports.

7. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

8. Organized, flexible and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

9. Adaptable to change.

10. Persistent with a team attitude.

11. Should be flexible to travel and meet customers

Compensation Details :

- Role: Marketing.

- Place of Work: Blueprint office in Bangalore - Manyata TechPark (New Office)

- Start: Immediate upon selection

- Selection / Interview process: In person interview (Marketing).
