Job Description :
- Excellent writing/ editing skills; having a good command over spellings and grammar.
- Proofreading ability to ensure content is well-written and logically structured.
- Ensuring the text is in line with the 'in-house style'.
- Checking for factual errors and the ability to differentiate sensitive content.
- Thoroughly checking illustrations, infographics, and captions.
- Adding headlines and introductory paragraphs to articles.
- Resolving queries directly with the author, e.g. style and text inconsistencies.
- Overseeing the work of indexers, typesetters and designers.
