We at BlueJack are looking for talented Inside Sales Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and clients requirements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the - art- of sales and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our services.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the Client's interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proven experience as inside sales /business development/telesales executive or similar role

- Experience in the Insurance, Credit Card, Online Travel, Automobile, Banking is a plus, although not necessary

- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Engages in superior client service by making information readily available

- Persists in sales even in the face of failure

- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

- Answers questions from clients

- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources

- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees

- Trains other sales people in the art of selling

- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

Sales and Marketing Skills and Qualifications :

Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi), Basic Math Skills, Product Knowledge, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible

About Company :

BlueJack is an online platform that sells cars primarily to certified channel partners by disrupting the consumer to dealer (C2D) space. Our primary motive is to make your car buying and selling process as hassle free as possible. We are based out of Saket, New Delhi and typically work 6 days a week.
