Job description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective strategies to drive corporate business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Should have a strong network and contacts in IT industry.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients and engage in sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Responsible for new business development and to ensure consistent flow of new revenue for the company.
- Taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
- Build a strategic road map for sustainable and profitable growth of the business.
- Engage and optimize existing sales team & build it further with fresh talent.
- Build Strategic alliances for revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of business development executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Identify new product opportunities and commercialize them
- Manage the funnel effectively & efficiently and with timely reporting and analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
- Strong networking skills
- Self-starter with high level of energy and drive.
- Team handling experience is a must.
- Candidate should be from similar IT sales industry having experience in selling IT products like Laptop, desktop, tablet, server, workstations.
