Job description:
- Candidate will be responsible for Leading Channel Sales and Marketing Activities
- Responsible for sales enablement of their assigned channel, and managing their channel to achieve stated sales targets.
- Build & manage an effective distribution channel to the market, consistent with long term goals of the company
- Set short- and long-term channel sales strategies
- Develop relationships and structure partnerships with channel partners.
- Train sales resources within channel and attends client meetings with them where possible
- Taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
- Manage yearly & monthly budgets.
- Build & manage an effective distribution channel to the market, consistent with long term goals of the company
- Candidates should have prior team handling experience

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
- Strong networking skills
- Self-starter with high level of energy and drive.
- Team handling experience is a must.
Candidate should be from similar IT sales industry having experience in selling IT products like Laptop, desktop, tablet, server, workstations.
