Job description :
- Proven branch management experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.
- Responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets for the branch.
- Should be able to handle the branch as independent Profit center.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Should be able to forecast monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maximizing the profit in assigned Region/Territory
- Should have good existing client relationships in the market.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
- Developing and managing New, existing customer accounts across segments in the assigned region.

- Team handling experience is a must.
- Candidate should be from similar IT sales industry having experience in selling IT products like Laptop, desktop, tablet, server, workstations.
