Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Blue Tribe Foods in Pune.
- Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads by identifying potential customers on field and building relationships with them.
- The Sales manager will manage the sales operations and work with channel sales to bring in new customers and retain existing ones.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve managing the distributors, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in on field - sales management and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Experience in the frozen food or plant-based industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
