A sales executive at BTC is responsible for generating revenue by identifying and selling BTC products to potential clients.

Job Description :

Generating sales leads : Researching and identifying potential customers and clients through various channels such as cold-calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

Conducting market research : Keeping up-to-date with market trends and analyzing the competition to determine new sales opportunities.

Building client relationships : Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers to develop trust and loyalty.

Preparing sales proposals : Creating and presenting sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiating sales contracts : Negotiating sales contracts and pricing agreements with clients and customers.

Closing sales : Closing sales and achieving sales targets and goals.

Providing customer service : Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Reporting and tracking sales data : Keeping track of sales activity and reporting on sales performance to management.

Candidate Requirements :

- Must be have a bachelor's degree from reputed institute. (Masters is preferred). Must have min 2 years of experience in sales in relevant industry. (F&B industry exposure will be an advantage)


- Sales executives should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. They should also have a strong understanding of the products or services they are selling and the market they are working in.

- Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and able to handle rejection and failure with resilience and a positive attitude. They should also be willing to continuously learn and improve their sales skills and techniques
