BLS International - Regional Business Development Head (15-30 yrs)
- Responsible for acquisition of new client business and revenue generation globally as well as for related projects
- Secure new business / tenders and support in bid writing
- Develop relationship / networking with key clients - Govt. departments / Embassies / Ministry officials / Diplomats
- Represent the organization at Bid meetings as well as conferences and events
- Interact with client/companies and Business Owners for getting new accounts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's business operations in the country
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research efforts to identify trends and insights to add value and support in making informed business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and other influential individuals
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of business development professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports related to business development activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and increase awareness
- Take ownership of other business development relevant responsibilities as required
