Position Overview :

- The SEO Specialist will oversee and execute our search engine optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and trends, coupled with proven experience in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. As the SEO Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online visibility and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities of a SEO Specialist :

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive qualified leads/customers.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimization across various platforms and channels.

- Optimize website content, including copywriting, metadata, and on-page elements, to align with targeted keywords and improve search engine visibility.

- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

- Identify technical SEO issues and opportunities, collaborating with the development team to implement solutions and ensure website accessibility and crawlability.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, sharing insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to assess market trend identify opportunities, and refine SEO strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop SEO-friendly content and assets that resonate with target audiences and al with business objectives.

- Provide regular reporting and performance updates on SEO initiatives highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in the SEO landscape, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the business.
