Blox - Manager - Sales & Sourcing (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities of Sourcing Manager :
- Growing a strong Channel Partner's network by identifying and approaching new potential Channel Partners.
- Activating new channel partners and administer their on-boarding
- Work closely with channel partners to bring an upsurge in footfalls and suggest various strategy for the same
- Assess channel partner's performance and recommend ways to drive better sales through them.
- Generate business through channel partners to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure sales goals are met as per monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
- Responsible for engagement activities of channel partners thought the year.
- Send weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS reports on channel partners.
- Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
- Keep abreast with market trends, market dynamics and market development.
Experience/Qualification/Skills :
- Education : Min. Graduate, MBA preferred
- Minimum 2 Years of work experience in Real Estate industry
- Excellent channel partner network
- Excellent market knowledge
- Presentable and good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good interpersonal skills
