BLive is India's first Electric Vehicle Experience Platform started in 2018 with a vision to 'Accelerate Adoption of EVs for a Sustainable Future.

The biggest gap we saw towards the adoption of EVs was the lack of experience and understanding of EVs amongst consumers.

We solve this problem with two offerings :

A. BLive EV Tours - offering experiential tours on Ebikes to create awareness and experience of EVs. The BLive Ebike tours has completed over 13,000 tours across 15 cities in partnership with top hotels chains like Taj, IHCL, Club Mahindra, etc.

B. BLive EV store - an omnichannel EV store with top brands of EVs, a community of EV experts and great deals- all on one platform. The BLive store launched towards the end of 2020 is on a steady growth path and sold to customers across 50 cities. BLive is all set to launch their offline experiential stores across India, partnering with over 15 brands; Hero Electric, Ampere, Ather, Batt:Re to name a few.

Experience: 6 - 9 years in B2B Sales. Candidates must have EV/ Auto/ Retail experience.

Key Deliverables:

1. Grow new and existing B2B accounts and manage the entire sales cycle of EV two-wheelers from start to finish.

2. Identify and evaluate corporate demographics and explore opportunities for multi-site partnership with Corporate clients.

3. Generate and drive business through Corporates, Educational Institutes, Manufacturing and Residential Campuses.

4. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize market penetration through Corporate tie-ups, roadshows, campus activations etc.

5. Ideating, designing and executing regional strategies and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills. Good with analysis and forecasting.

- Persuasive and goal oriented. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.

- High level of customer engagement and proficient with networking
