Location: Mumbai, Bangalore

Qualifications :

1. 4 - 6 years of Institutional/ B2B/ Corporate Sales only.

2. Post-Graduate in Sales/ Marketing or equivalent degree.

3. Prior experience in the Automobile/ EV industry will be an added advantage.

Key Deliverables :

1. Create a pipeline for Institutional sales by targeting B2B customers looking for EV mobility solutions.

2. Identify various verticals like food delivery, Ecommerce delivery, Last mile connectivity, Institutional internal mobility etc.

3. Create a strong ecosystem of OEMs, IOT Tech, Finance, logistics, insurance, charging infrastructure to provide EV solutions.

4. Create a strategy and plan to target the various B2B channels for EV mobility solution.

5. Identify the requirements and create customized EV solution proposals for B2B customers.

6. Lead the Institutional sales team with SMART goals and KPIs

Skills Required :

1. Prior experience in B2B/ Institutional/ Corporate sales mandatory.

2. Must be target oriented and committed to drive sales.

3. Possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

4. Be willing to travel locally to meet customers on a regular basis.

5. Be able to provide quick solutions and manage negotiations with clients.
