B:Live is expanding its presence pan India and is seeking passionate individuals to drive its business growth!

Experience :

6 - 8 years of Business Development experience in the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality sector only.

Key Deliverables:

A. The Business Manager must profitably operate and execute the Ebike tours by managing the following :

- Tie up with hospitality and travel and tourism partners to source customers

- Ensure creation of experiential tour with local inputs, tie up with the experience points.

- Recruit captains to conduct the tour on a daily basis

- Manage the Hub and Assets assigned to the region.

- Regularly update sales reports and business

B. Manage territory and deliver business growth :

- Business development - Tie up with strategic hotels and travel agents to drive sales.

- Visibility deployment across hotels, cafes, restaurants to generate demand

- Customer management and satisfaction - Ensure the tours are conducted to offer best possible customer satisfaction and reviews.

- Curate and manage tour quality - The ebike tour will be curated by the Business manager with local inputs on top experiences for that locations.

- Manage the invoicing and commercial for guests

- Regularly monitor execution of tours

- Report MIS and updates on a regular basis.

The right candidate will be someone with:

- A background and keen interest in Travel, Hospitality or Consumer Experiences

- A result driven attitude and the ability to identify the right opportunities and convert into business.

- Good communication and strong negotiation skills.

- The ability to work and deliver in a startup environment.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office.

- Local language and market knowledge.
