Bliss Club - Manager - Social Media (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Define and manage social media communication strategy using a variety of formats with high focus on growing channels organically.
- Own new initiatives to improve and increase brand presence.
- Align with monthly campaigns and maintain social media calendar
- Deploy updated content strategies & trends
- Ensure brand consistency through tone, language and design published on digital platforms
Good to have :
1. Have around 2-3 years' of related work experience
2. Are well versed with industry tools and platforms like Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
3. Proficient with social media platforms, insights and dashboards
4. A strong ability to analyse performance while have a creative bent
5. Are able to multitask and comfortable to work in a start-up
