Launched as a subscription based privileges and commerce platform Blingg is also a community in making. We are a team of 10 but our goal is singular - to build India's largest Commerce and Community platform that is exclusive to the world of working professionals.

- Your mission if you choose to accept it, is to get the best brands on board onto the next-gen rewards and privileges platform. But there is a catch, we are not selling an ad spot to brands, we are giving them access to the world of working professionals - for exposure, experience and conversion. So get your A-Game on and let sales pitch skills work its magic. You must have done this before, and that's why we want you on board.

Roles & Responsibilities : 

- Building, Developing & Maintaining Relationships with existing clients and brands

- Identifying new business prospects & closing in new brand partners

- Managing end-to-end business processes right from pitching, planning and closing the deal to campaign execution and client servicing - heating up cold leads!

- Work in sync with the Product Team and Creative team to deliver the best pitches, brand solutions and campaigns.

Skillset :

- Excellent Communication skills that involve convincing, engaging and negotiation at its best. (A-Game!)

- Comfortable about working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment with excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. Be Highly motivated, self-driven, open to new learnings and experiences.

- A fast-learner when it comes to adjusting to the requirements of the advertising industry and great at teamwork

- 4-7 years of Work experience in a Startup or Media/Advertising Industry as Business Development Manager is a must
