Blanc Turtles - Manager - Digital Marketing & Sales (3-5 yrs)
Sales & Digital marketing head :
1. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Plan and manage our social media platforms.
3. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
4. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
5. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
6. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
7. Generate B2B sales leads and nurture them, while tracking conversion rates,
8. Be an expert user of tools such as LinkedIn, twitter, facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
9. Use Internet research to develop company lists, curate email databases etc.
10. Measure, track & improve ROI in lead generation.
11. Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound/ outbound leads.
Requirements :
1. Need to be held self-accountable for lead generation targets.
2. Must have experience in lead generation.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
4. Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage a team effectively.
6. Must have a positive attitude.
