Blackopal - Manager - Marketing (6-8 yrs)
a) Co-ordination with developers marketing team and creative agency for designing of all the marketing collateral on a day to day basis
b) Prepare a launch & sustenance sales strategy for the budget
c) Preparing marketing budget for all the projects at the start of each month
d) Co-ordination with PR agency for regular coverage of company/management team on various platforms
e) Re-conciliation of marketing spends with developers accounts team
f) Ensuring that marketing spends are in co-relation with Sales Achieved and within the approved budgets by the developers/black opal management team
g) Responsible for overall marketing activities like digital, outdoors etc
- 6-8 years experience in both digital and offline marketing experience.
- Real estate experience is preferred.
