About the Role :

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you are akin to a spokesperson for a brand's paid media presence. Primarily partnering with the Strategy & Account Management Team, you'll help generate real ROI depending on the objective of the media campaign. You'll develop a deep understanding of the brand's audience and help them discover the brand to enhance their everyday life. You should be a digital native with an intuition for crafting the right message for each medium.

In this role, you will :

- Create paid media marketing strategy & execute the plan.

- Develop and manage digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns.

- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient acquisition cost.

- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic, engagement & conversion KPIs.

- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

- Work closely with the account team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

- Work with Designers and Developers to optimize landing pages for optimum quality scores and create banners, etc. for key data capture & optimization of campaigns.

- Communicate results and opportunities within paid search and display efforts to the client.

- Remain updated with industry trends, while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost the efficiency of campaigns.

- Prioritise across dozens of opportunities, focusing on the most productive tasks.

- Contribute to campaign performance reports, using data to tell stories, and provide actionable insights for team members as well as clients.
