Job Description :


Key Objectives of the role :

- Focus on creating business impact by liaising with strategic partners and ensuring smooth and timely onboarding process

- Manage and create positive partner relations - ensure lead generation via partner networking

- Drive cost efficiency and support the team in revenue generation activities through various initiatives

- Work as a team player, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment

- Strong communication skills

- Good at analyzing data and develop action plan and strategies accordingly.

As an Individual Contributor in the Hunting team, you will be required to do following but not limited to:

- Partner and client Identification & Engagement to drive top line growth via partner references.

- Identification of partners in various buckets: strategic engagements, tactical interventions

- Day to day tasks involved in onboarding new/existing partners or clients on various platforms/NBFC available for business growth

- Assisting partner engagements and negotiations in line with opportunities and strategy. Grow wallet shares and review periodically with strategic partners

- Manage and ensure a clear communication and collaboration cross functionally within the company

- Maintain clear partner payment matrices

Driving Business Success :

- Working closely as part of Sales marketing and channels team to generate short & long term invoiced GMV opportunities, meet & exceed CM2 objectives

- Identifying and leverage opportunities for partner financing directly by Bizongo or through strategic tie-ups led by Corporate Finance

- Driving opportunities to grow business
