- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

- Pitching & Identifying leads, New Client Acquisition, lead generation.


- Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Role as a BDM :

1) Build relationships with prospective clients

2) Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

3) Manage sales pipeline

4) Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages

5) Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
