As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take up the responsibility of Developing & bringing in Business for the Company. If you are someone with an experience of around 4-5 Years working in an agency environment or start-up/or you had your own venture we are happy to connect.

This responsibility comes with duties like :

1. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business by Locating & proposing to potential clients

2. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

3. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

4. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor- s/Post Graduate degree in business or management

2. Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Working experience with sales techniques

5. Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
