Job Description:

- As a CRM at Bionics Enviro Tech you will play a critical role in our sales and customer support team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, offering our products/services, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and convert leads into sales.

- Receive inbound calls from existing customers and provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers.

- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through on sales processes.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis.

- Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeframe.

- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

- Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications :

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi(must).

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a related role is a plus.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Professional and courteous attitude.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
