Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong Sales knowledge and proven experience in handling Sales

- Strong experience in independently executing Sales strategies within stipulated cost and schedules.

- Good analytical, judgmental and negotiation skills to close deals

- Consistently achieving High targets

- Strong communication skills

- Proactive & self-motivated individual with effective time management & multitasking skills

- Discipline in execution and follow up of Sales process to achieve desired results
