Responsibilties -

1. New Merchant adoptions for BinBill app

2. Walk-in customer engagement and adding users for merchant (as live demo to merchants)

3. Adding new merchants

4. For FMCG Merchants

5. Carry out daily assignments other activities related to the role.

6. Give demo or training to Store Manager.

7. Involvement in Branding/ Event activities at assigned store

Looking for Go getter who will operate in the market to uncover new opportunities and pursue persuasively for buy-in. Should be Interested in meeting new prospects every day.

- Should be comfortable with working with retail businesses and use methods of face to face meetings, build confidence with target audiences.

- Should be able to confront rejection, able to argue positively and build rapport. Drive the engagement from initial meeting to closure using direct and indirect methods.

- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and close sales.

- Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule and budget.

- Gather market knowledge and capture for future references

- Be a positive representative of the company and build brand in the marketplace.

- Show Continuous improvement through Self learning, practice & feedbacks. Coordinate sales efforts with team members whenever required.

- Profile requires complete involvement in the market in target segment and solutions. So, candidate should display maturity in handling overall assigned responsibilities.
